Know what you have, save smart
Many organizations have to deal with warehouses, closets full of inventory or ordering processes that are not always clear. Recording inventory is not always easy because it sometimes takes extra time or is not always obvious to employees. As a result, inventory can run out or be unnecessarily duplicated. This sometimes leads to higher costs and less control over inventory.
Inconto helps make this smarter. Our smart scanning cabinets automatically record what is removed from stock. Employees simply scan items with a barcode scanner, then the system keeps track of what is still available. Once stock drops below a certain limit, the system generates an order recommendation – or even automatically arranges a new order.
So there is always enough in stock, without waste or extra manual work.

Inventory management, from cabinet to accounting
Inconto makes inventory management simple and efficient. You manage all your inventory centrally and have real-time insight into what is being used. So you order exactly what is needed. Thanks to smart scanning cabinets and barcode scanners, incoming and outgoing items are accurately tracked and scanning and ordering can be done in one operation. The system automatically provides ordering recommendations based on usage and inventory levels, so you can replenish on time. Do you have multiple locations, as is often the case within the VVT sector? Then Inconto offers a clear overview per branch. Consumption reports provide insight per department, cost center and product, and thanks to the link with the financial system, costs are automatically allocated to the correct budgets. Whether you work in healthcare, government, education or business services – with Inconto you keep a grip on your stock and your expenses.
Control your inventory, regardless of scale
Inconto’s scanners give you control over your inventory — whether you manage a small stockroom with a limited number of items or a full warehouse with hundreds of racks. Everything is automatically recorded through barcode scanning, so you always have an up-to-date and reliable overview.
Employees simply scan the items they take, and the system instantly records the usage — linked to department, user, or cost center. When restocking, items are scanned again to ensure inventory levels are always accurate. Balancing stock is also quick and efficient: just scan the shelf contents and instantly see if everything is correct.
Whether you work with a single cabinet or dozens of warehouse racks across multiple locations — with Inconto, you maintain visibility, efficiency, and control over your inventory, without any extra hassle.
