In 2005, many multinationals embraced digital automation. Small and medium-sized companies felt the same way, because more time and efficiency were very welcome. But the price tag was too high. The creation of Whitevision changed this. The vision: develop software from simplicity. Soon the first customers flocked to the user-friendly solution. By listening carefully to their needs, we kept expanding our product portfolio.
Now: 2025
20 years later: in 2025, Whitevision has become the market leader in inbound document processing. For more than 32.000 users, we process 30+ million documents per year. That works out to about 2.50 million documents per month, 125,000 per business day and nearly 4 per second. Simplicity is still our driving force. Now we call that simplicity, because now Whitevision is looking beyond its borders.
