Sometimes it happens that the system does not process a document correctly at once. As a user, you can then easily indicate what went wrong. The learning capability of the OCR software ensures that the element in question will be processed your way next time. Our goal is to automate all repetitive work. You only need to be pulled by the sleeve on minor discrepancies that a human needs to take a moment to review. We call this ‘accounting with the lights off’. The next step: what does the NextGen platform offer?

With the NextGen platform, user-friendliness is, as always, paramount. For example, the user interface will be even simpler. And whatever form documents come in, the software processes them all in the same way. You no longer have to do anything. Thus, the NextGen platform brings you a big step closer to accounting with the lights off. Other elements of the platform also contribute to this, of course. For example, the workflow software is now available for all packages, so you can approve invoices quickly and efficiently even with our entry-level package. In addition, the NextGen platform allows you to easily process not only purchase invoices, but also other documents – service requests, for example. Finally, installing the solution has become even easier, even if you want to change packages. This is because you no longer have to reinstall the system. This means you can scale up and down very easily.
