Whitevision takes another strong step in its international growth strategy with the acquisition of Document Logistix. With this expansion, Whitevision enters the UK market for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for the first time, while also strengthening its presence in the United States.

Founded in 2011 and based in Milton Keynes (UK), Document Logistix develops solutions for document automation and document management. The company supports organizations in automating processes such as accounts payable and HR workflows. Document Logistix operates across sectors including logistics, education, real estate and professional services, serving customers such as DHL, the University of Oxford, and the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The acquisition of Document Logistix marks the fourth step in Whitevision’s buy-and-build strategy and the first international expansion since its partnership with Main Capital Partners in August 2024. By joining forces, the companies create a strong international offering for end-to-end Intelligent Document Processing and document management.

Combining Whitevision’s IDP platform with the document management and automation solutions of Document Logistix opens up new opportunities. The portfolio becomes broader, integrations more extensive, and additional opportunities arise to support customers even better. This provides a solid foundation for further growth across Europe, the UK and the US.
