You can download and launch Teamviewer Quick Support using the following link. An ID and password will then be displayed in Teamviewer. You can pass these on to our Support employee.

Expense Claim submission begins by scanning one or more receipt(s). Smart OCR ensures that you don’t have to retype anything. You can do this through the Whitevision App.

Submit and approve

One or more receipts can be submitted directly as a claim and is automatically routed to the appropriate approver.

Automatic processing

The claim arrives as a fully approved entry (including photos as attachments) after which it can be processed automatically.
