The need

About a year and a half ago, Feenstra en van Goor noticed that the volume of incoming invoices was growing. Each of these purchase invoices was being entered by hand – a time-consuming task that could use urgent relief. The solution

Now each employee involved gets a neat notification in their screen that contains all the instructions. And the user-friendliness of the solution appeals to Feenstra and van Goor. “The implementation process went smoothly. A Whitevision consultant came by to install everything correctly.” After a day of implementation work, the company was able to get started.” There was absolutely no major learning curve. In the entire period we have been using Whitevision’s solution, we have really only had one question. Since it was technical in nature, we called in the support department. Since then, we know what the problem is, so when it occurs, we can solve it ourselves. Whitevision has helped us with that very well.”
