Whitevision acquires FileLinx

Whitevision is taking a new step in document automation with the acquisition of FileLinx, a specialist in low-code Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). With this strategic expansion, Whitevision enhances its product offering, strengthens its position in the Benelux, and lays a solid foundation for further international growth.

Since 2007, FileLinx has been operating from Zoetermeer and has developed a powerful low-code platform that automates complex administrative workflows, such as invoice approval, procurement, and order matching. Thanks to fast ERP integrations and technology that can be applied across various sectors, FileLinx is a trusted partner for organizations in healthcare, education, industry, and professional services. Well-known clients include Picnic, Achmea, and the KNVB.

The acquisition aligns perfectly with the ambition of Whitevision and FileLinx to become the leading IDP provider in Europe. This acquisition marks the third milestone in the growth agenda that Whitevision, together with investor Main Capital Partners, has been pursuing since August 2024. The goal is to create a strong European IDP software group.

What does this mean for you as a customer?

As a customer, you benefit from greater flexibility, as low-code technology allows you to adjust workflows more quickly and easily. At the same time, you can take a bigger step in automation, as FileLinx adds extra intelligence to Whitevision’s existing solutions. On top of that, international scaling becomes easier, thanks to the combined strength of both companies opening up new market opportunities – both within and beyond the Benelux.

Together, FileLinx and Whitevision are aligning on a joint product strategy and share the ambition to become the leading Intelligent Document Processing software provider in Europe. The addition of FileLinx’s low-code capabilities enhances the group’s strategic position by enriching its product offering and increasing its ability to address diverse customer needs.
