Employees simply order via the system, often even via a direct link to the supplier. Orders are automatically forwarded to the budget holder for approval and processed immediately after approval, without separate e-mails or manual approvals.
Automatic matching and verification
Smart automation makes it possible to retrieve all “orders to be invoiced” and “order lines to be invoiced”. As soon as an invoice arrives, the corresponding order lines are automatically displayed based on the purchase order number and – where possible – linked to the correct lines. Are there any discrepancies? Then correct them directly in the system. This speeds up the processing and avoids duplicate actions. Extra approval is only necessary for real deviations.
