The need

Cnossen Infra had been using scan and recognition software for some time, but it was not completely satisfied with it. The system recognized invoice data and suppliers, but Cnossen Infra’s financial administration still had to perform manual operations when processing purchase invoices. An efficiency drive was in order, so when Cnossen Infra switched to Exact Online Bouw, it decided to look for a new scan and recognition solution as well.

And I know from experience that this is not true for all scanning and recognition solutions. With some systems, you can feel free to go get a cup of coffee and take a walk before you can get started. With Whitevision, you can just get started whenever you want. As a result, invoice processing goes very smoothly. And it is then also directly in our ERP package. The link works really well. I am very satisfied with that!” Martin is very pleased with the implementation process. “Our Whitevision consultant made sure that everything went very well. He came to our location to set everything up and went through various scenarios with me so that we were well prepared for going live. Initially we ran into some questions, but he resolved them very well. And when the solution was in place, we found it easy to work with.” In a year and a half, Cnossen Infra has only had to ask Whitevision’s support team a question twice. “The system works just fine.
