Van Dillen Bouwgroep

Van Dillen Bouwgroep includes 4 production companies, each with its own identity and discipline. These production companies employ 120 colleagues and turn an annual turnover of +/- 45 million. Van Dillen Bouw BV is the traditional contracting company and has existed since 1724. This is the basis for the Van Dillen Bouwgroep and handles large-scale maintenance/ and renovation projects, particularly for housing corporations, as well as new construction, rebuilding and utility construction. The second production company, Van Dillen Onderhoud Beheer BV, is set up for daily/ and mutation maintenance where repair requests from tenants are handled quickly and professionally. When a tenant leaves their home and it needs to be freshened up again, this work is also carried out by us. This business unit also takes care of warranty work for our projects carried out by van Dillen Bouw. In addition, van Dillen Bouwgroep has a joinery – the third production company – which produces hardwood windows, doors and frames for both its own projects and for third parties. From the fourth production company, Prefab fabriek Culemborg BV, Prefab sells and assembles sustainable (facade) elements and energy-neutral homes. The Van Dillen Bouwgroep also has its own equipment service.
