Vlasman Betonbewerkings- en Slooptechnieken b.v. is a large company in Alphen aan den Rijn that performs demolition work. The possibilities are enormously diverse: from demolition work and headhunting to asbestos remediation, drilling sawing and soil remediation. Vlasman offers the total package. The need
Vlasman was working with a scanning and recognition solution whose supplier went out of business. Therefore, the company started looking for a new automation solution for processing incoming invoices. Soon Vlasman came into contact with other users of the familiar ERP system, 4PS Construct. The companies joined forces and started a joint search for suitable OCR software.

Tijs notices that Whitevision is a successful solution by the reactions within the company: “The working method does not change drastically. All the process steps you are used to are now digital. In fact, exactly the same thing happens as before, only now everything is largely automatic. Before we started working with the solution, there were some doubts internally: had we made the right decision? In the meantime, our director brags about how well we have organized everything.” In this, Whitevision played an important role. “Whitevision set everything up very well for us. The company solves all the questions you have. If your organization has a slightly different approach to things, that’s no problem: Whitevision is an excellent listener and can pull the strings together. I had to deal with the technical side of things and was able to communicate with Whitevision on a high level. But in the end, users don’t notice any of that technology. The solution is very user-friendly and the link with 4PS Construct is seamless.”
Tijs describes the cooperation with Whitevision as “solid”: “I hardly need to call in the support team, because the solution just works. Very occasionally we go to the customer portal to ask a question. Then Whitevision helps us get rid of the problem in no time.” What Tijs likes is that Whitevision clearly loves its own product: “The company exudes inspiration in every way.” In short, Tijs is happy with Whitevision: “The solution does what it promises. And Whitevision is always developing and innovating. We recently switched to a new version. Our process is now even more awesome and smooth. Not that we were missing anything before. But now we can’t do without all the innovations.” The fact that Whitevision nevertheless remains affordable is very positive for Tijs: “We spend quite a lot on IT and at the time we also talked to other suppliers of scanning and recognition solutions.
